We are looking for an Investor Services Senior to join our Fund Administration group in one of our West, Sunbelt, Midwest, or Northeast offices.

Job Responsibilities
Main point of contact for investor services aspect of client relationships and service delivery
Perform review of investor subscription documents for completeness and follow up as necessary
Process and disseminate investor capital activity documents
Perform KYC/AML review of investor subscription documents
Ability to review and understand offering documents, such as LPA and PPM, of private equity funds
Work with various software platforms to lead the setup and management of investor portals
Identify areas for creating operational efficiencies and complete special projects as needed
Liaise with internal fund administration team and lead Investor Services aspect of client meetings
Train and develop other team members
Job Requirements
3 years’ experience in Investor Services or related field
Experience with a fund administrator preferred
Bachelor’s degree is required. (Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.)
Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
