Collaborate with sales leads and bid teams to understand client requirements, develop win themes, author high‑scoring responses, and guide the team to a high quality proposal.
Responsibilities
Understanding bid requirements, creating storyboards, and producing response plans.
Ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
Applying win themes and following bid strategy.
Fully answering questions by writing, editing, and reviewing submission responses.
Engaging with SMEs for content through interviewing and knowledge elicitation sessions.
Drafting content and editing.
Tracking and reporting progress.
Contributing to bid productivity improvements.
Upskilling people.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant commercial environment with IT bidding experience.
Familiarity with the technical detail relating to the delivery of modern digital services.
Experience in bid writing of customer proposals of significant scale.
Strong awareness as to what constitutes submission grade content.
Highly capable of multi‑tasking and prioritizing tasks.
Proven ability to motivate team members and lead by example.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Self‑starter who is highly motivated and proactive.
Desirable
Understanding of IT procurement frameworks used in the UK Healthcare and Public Sector.
Hands‑on experience of having delivered digital services using Agile and user‑centered design methods.
Familiarity with the UK Healthcare delivery landscape.
Understanding of how Generative AI tooling can improve the efficiency of bid production.
