Job Overview
Clean Energy Heating Systems is a leading waste oil furnace manufacturer for commercial customers in the USA. Our innovative, high-quality heaters and boilers convert waste oil into heat, providing our customers with cost savings and environmental benefits. Clean Energy is headquartered in Honey Brook, PA and partners with dealers and distributors all over the U.S.A. and Canada to sell furnaces. We continue to grow and are hiring a full-time Sales Manager for our Honey Brook office. The position reports to the Director of Sales. This Sales Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our dealers to serve their needs and provide outstanding customer service. This position requires the Sales Manager to be at the center of daily sales activity.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture
strong trusting relationships with our distributors and customers, inspiring enthusiasm, and building morale with both distributors and our employees.
Serve
as a trusted partner, relationship manager, encourager, and valuable resource for our distributors by answering their questions, constantly communicating, providing support, facilitating orders, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Support
our dealers with tools and ideas to grow their sales and profitability.
Travel
approximately six times each year within the U.S.A. and Canada to visit dealers and attend trade shows.
Collaborate
with the Director of Sales to identify underperforming territories and then restructure, add, or replace sales partners as needed.
Lead and coordinate distributor meetings and events that add value to the distributors and that they look forward to attending.
Qualifications
Experienced:
Must have sales/account management experience. Previous experience overseeing a national distributor/dealer network is a plus.
Customer Focused:
Consistently serves the customer and provides excellent customer service.
Relational:
Someone who is personable and can relate to all personality types. Keeps a positive and upbeat attitude. Demonstrates a desire to build trusting relationships.
Great Communicator:
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pivot your communication style to match the customer.
Professional:
Ability to consistently exhibit high levels of professionalism.
Goal-oriented:
Ambitious, eager to grow sales, able to graciously guide your relationships to achieve Clean Energy goals.
