Westin Trading, Inc. is a national grocery redistributing company based in Saint Louis, Missouri. Focusing on business-to-business sales, we have become a leader in the wholesale grocery industry. Being in business for over 30 years, we currently operate in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We supply retail grocery chains, large wholesalers, convenience store chains, as well as independent wholesalers. Having access to over 50,000 different products, we can serve a broad range of customers.

Our primary business is buying and selling full truckloads of nationally branded and recognized grocery products. We work with our already established network of sources to procure items at exceptional prices, then pass these savings onto our customers.

Available Position We are looking for a goal-oriented Assistant Account Manager to work with our Account Managers. You will be working with our existing customers and our network of sources to help us grow an already thriving business.

Opportunities for advancement include Account Manager positions. This position is located at our Creve Coeur, MO office. This is NOT a remote position. Office hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities

Creating sales and purchase order transactions

Updating customers on existing orders via phone and email as appropriate

Enter and update supplier quotes and customer orders in Westin’s Sales Management System

Support tracking inbound and outbound shipments

Product research using company and industry databases

Working with current sources to obtain new products and monitor status of existing/open orders

Assist with entering available products for sale in company system

Assist Westin’s Transportation Team as needed

Participate in cross-team collaboration

Special projects as requested

Experience Qualified candidates will be energetic, self‑motivated, and have the following:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word)

Curiosity to research new products, markets, and best determine customer needs

Strong communication skills with internal and external customers using phone, text, and email

Persistence when communicating with customers and adaptability to manage various customers and situations

Familiarity with sales software a plus

Strong attention to detail

Skilled in accurate order entry

Experience working independently and within a team

Ability to “close‑the‑loop”

Time management and prioritization skills
