Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, developing, and engaging a team of Sales Representatives to drive capital and disposable revenue growth in an assigned region. This position develops and implements sales strategies to achieve business plan objectives. The role is part of the Field Sales organization located in the Southeast (GA/VA/NC/SC) and reports to the Senior Director, National Sales.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Develop regional plans and set priorities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals.
Hire, train, develop, and retain a hardworking sales team through one‑on‑one training, coaching/mentoring, development, and team building both remotely and through regular field visits.
Work with the sales team to ensure existing customers are retained, competitive accounts are converted, and existing accounts are expanded.
Develop clinical knowledge and expertise to facilitate effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of sales achievement in medical device sales with a minimum of 2 years sales management experience and 6 years overall medical device sales experience; both medical capital equipment and disposable product experience preferred.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements
50% travel will be required.
Sales team members must adhere to hospital credentialing policies and requirements (medical records, immunizations, vaccinations, background checks, etc.).
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

The annual salary range is $160,000 to $170,000, with incentive pay eligible for a total compensation target of $252,500‑$262,500 annually. Remote Work This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement. Eligible employees may work remotely from home; additional information will be provided during the interview process.
