We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused

Residential Sales Representative

to support our teams in the field. Pest Control is a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from recurring pest activity, and our goal is to ensure the safety and well‑being of the customers we serve. What You’ll Do

Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area that may span across multiple branch service areas. Inspects a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and presents a sales solution to prospective customers. Arrives at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner. Explains pest control services and sells repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled. Works with branch management to establish sales‑growth goals and coordinates activities to ensure these goals are achieved. Travels from one area to another or is assigned to a specified territory; works with branch management to isolate target areas. Occasionally services accounts and performs exclusion where necessary. Receives and properly accounts for company funds collected during business activities. Submits all paperwork and collections daily. What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must hold the following licenses: Branch II, Home Improvement Specialist. What’s Required

You must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally. A pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal positively with fellow employees, occasionally under stressful conditions, is a prime requisite. Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policy, and procedures and use provided and installed safety devices and safety equipment. An employee is responsible for notifying their immediate supervisor of any violation or deficiency in safe and healthful working conditions. Physical Demands / Working Environment
