Join a fast-growing e‑commerce team in Bentonville as a Walmart Account Manager, leading strategy and execution for a dynamic portfolio of brands on Walmart.com. You’ll owner the business end‑to‑end: building relationships with Walmart.com merchants, expanding assortment, optimizing digital content, and leveraging data to drive sales growth in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
Base Pay Range $100,000 – $120,000 per year
Location: Bentonville, AR
What You’ll Do
Act as the primary account manager for multiple brands, serving as their Walmart.com expert and strategic growth partner.
Develop and execute business plans that drive sales, increase share, and improve profitability on Walmart.com.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart.com merchants and key stakeholders to expand assortment and secure opportunities.
Lead cross‑functional execution with internal teams across sales, analytics, logistics, marketing, and content to deliver best‑in‑class marketplace performance.
Analyze performance data, shopper behavior, and category trends to identify insights and translate them into clear, actionable strategies.
Oversee content health (images, copy, A+ content, reviews, etc.) and ensure product pages are optimized for conversion and discoverability.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and growth levers; test, learn, and iterate to continuously improve results.
Navigate ambiguity in the e‑commerce space, adapting quickly to platform changes, policies, and new tools.
Serve as an internal thought leader on Walmart.com and e‑commerce best practices, sharing learnings and driving innovation across the team.
