Account Executives . This is an
entry-level opportunity with uncapped commission, paid training, and a clear path to leadership .
Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Build and manage your own book of business
Prospect new customers primarily via phone outreach
Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers
Manage shipments using BBI’s proprietary technology
Solve real-time logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Ability to stay organized and handle pressure
No logistics experience required —
we train you
Base salary + uncapped commission
Paid training, mentorship, and promotion from within
Paid parking and annual sales trips
