Location: Irving, TX. This is an office‑based role that requires the employee to be onsite Monday to Friday. Travel up to 10–15% is expected. Domestic relocation is available. Sponsorship is NOT available.

Role Definition The

Change Management Specialist

assists in the implementation of more complex organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance.

What You Will Do

Conduct needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.

Provide consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organizational change.

Influence and lead people to adopt the organization’s change initiatives to attain business results.

Prepare communication materials to be utilized in the execution of the change management plans.

Carry out organizational change programs and activities and ensure consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.

What You Bring

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources objectively.

Conflict Management: Knowledge of managing conflicts; ability to anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at individual, group, or situational levels.

Dealing with Disorder: Knowledge of moving forward with less than perfect information; ability to adapt flexibly to volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Communicating for Impact: Knowledge of listening and communicating concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit, and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize time and resources systematically and methodically.

Organizational Change Management: Knowledge of techniques to effect change in an organization and ability to manage the transition from current to desired culture, practices, structure, and environment.

The primary location for this position is Irving, TX.

This role is office based and requires the employee to be onsite Monday to Friday.

Salary Summary Pay Range: $97,530.00 – $146,290.00. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. Salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
