This role is designed for a “Gen Marketer” – a versatile, AI‑fluent marketer who can think strategically, orchestrate campaigns end‑to‑end, and execute with speed across channels.
You will own FC Tulsa’s digital marketing systems (web, CRM, email, paid media) and e‑commerce performance, connecting creative storytelling with data, automation, and execution.
What You’ll Own

Design and execute integrated campaigns that combine:
Creative fuel (messaging, content, storytelling)

Maintain and optimize websites for all FC Tulsa entities, ensuring clarity, performance, and conversion.
Build and manage HubSpot landing pages for merchandise, ticketing, sponsorship, foundation, and community initiatives.
Execute newsletters, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns via HubSpot and Mailchimp.
Develop and optimize lifecycle and transactional automations, including:
Welcome and onboarding flows
Abandoned cart and browse recovery
Post‑purchase upsell and cross‑sell
Re‑engagement and win‑back journeys
Lead CRM marketing initiatives, using segmentation and audience insight to drive merchandise sales, ticket purchases, and long‑term fan loyalty.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, retargeting) focused on revenue and fan database growth.
Integrate digital campaigns with matchday experiences, in‑stadium promotions, and partner activations.
E‑Commerce Ownership (Growth‑Oriented)
Own and optimize FC Tulsa’s Shopify store as a digital revenue channel, not a fulfillment operation.
Manage product presentation, site structure, merchandising logic, and conversion optimization.
Plan and execute online product launches, seasonal promotions, and limited‑edition drops as part of broader marketing campaigns.
Monitor e‑commerce performance, conversion rates, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with internal operations staff to ensure inventory accuracy and fulfillment alignment.
Oversee the customer service inbox (store@fctulsa.com), responding to fan inquiries and order issues professionally.
Analytics, Insight & Optimization
Monitor performance across Shopify, HubSpot, Mailchimp, paid media platforms, and web analytics.
Produce monthly performance reports with insights and clear, actionable recommendations.
Track and optimize key KPIs, including:
Online revenue and growth rate
Conversion rate and average order value
Email and automation performance
Fan database growth and lifecycle progression
Use insights to continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign performance with speed and intention.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Ticketing, Sponsorship, and Operations to align digital initiatives with club‑wide goals.
Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure campaigns align with FC Tulsa’s brand voice and storytelling.
Support FC Tulsa Foundation and community initiatives with digital campaigns, landing pages, and email support.
Act as a connector between digital strategy and on‑the‑ground fan experiences.
Who You Are (Gen Marketer Profile)
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e‑commerce, ideally in sports, retail, or lifestyle brands.
A versatile generalist who can move fluidly between strategy, execution, analytics, and optimization.
Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation, and landing pages).
Proficiency with Shopify, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
Deep understanding of digital funnels, conversion optimization, SEO, and paid media.
Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve productivity, creativity, and decision‑making.
Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into action.
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and project management skills.
Passion for sports, community, and building a brand that reflects the pride and energy of Tulsa.
