Role Overview Remote Lead Generation (CSR team). Work Monday‑Friday from home, receiving high-volume calls from an auto‑dialer and assisting insurance agents in generating qualified leads.
Compensation & Benefits Pay : $17.00 / hour (annualized at $35.20k).

Responsibilities
Handle high-volume incoming calls from an auto‑dialer.
Respond to customer online inquiries regarding their application.
Collaborate with insurance agents to generate and qualify leads.
Ask a series of questions about the application to verify information.
Qualifications
1‑2 years of customer service experience.
Experience in appointment setting, retention, or lead generation.
Professional phone and email etiquette.
Strong independent work ethic and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
