What we are looking for in a Compliance Specialist
Skilled:
Able to manage complex processes such as client grant programs, tax credits, permitting, and subcontractor coordination. Comfortable operating in a cross‑functional role that monitors policy, regulatory, and funding developments on active projects. Develop and execute complex processes to meet compliance standards and define best practices to support a project or program to completion where formal documentation or processes may not yet exist. Skilled at managing critical timelines, resources, and deliverables while aligning efforts with company goals. Experience with project management and data analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of experience in project or program management. Experience in construction, energy, or infrastructure is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in implementing complex business programs and initiatives. Team Player:
