Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We are looking for a Superintendent to join one of the most well-established general contractors in Indiana as a Superintendent II. Projects span across healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, higher education, and pharma through Indiana.

Our client has over $300M in annual revenue with large diverse projects. They are a top Midwest ENR GC firm winning GC of the Year and Best Places to Work. They have a strong pipeline in healthcare and university projects that go beyond 2027. They are looking for someone who is seeking career growth and strong relationships.

Description

Assist in the management of subcontractors and field personnel

Make sure schedules are matching and completed on time with some autonomy

Help handle safety across the site and QA/QC by leading safety meetings

Join Superintendent I in meeting with clients, architects, and design teams

Ensure the site is clean and safe at the end of each day

Occasionally assist in the involvement of preconstruction planning Develop daily and weekly plans for projects

Profile

3+ years as a superintendent or assistant superintendent with a general contractor

Experience with projects ranging from $5-20M

Ground-up and renovation experience

An understanding of the critical path forward

High safety emphasis

A want to grow in the company and grow as a Superintendent

Experience in healthcare, pharma, higher education, light industrial, manufacturing, or multifamily markets
