About The Role CourtReserve is seeking a Marketing Brand Designer to elevate and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint. From marketing campaigns and social content to sales collateral and digital experiences.
As part of the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for designing compelling creative that connects with both club owners and players, while maintaining a consistent, premium brand look and feel. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and product to create assets that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
This is a hands‑on role for a designer who thrives on bringing ideas to life. Someone with a keen eye for craft, motion, and storytelling who can translate strategy into visuals that inspire action.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Own Brand & Visual Identity
Help define and evolve CourtReserve’s marketing brand system. Typography, color, iconography, photography, and layout.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets while continuously raising the creative bar.
Collaborate with teams to translate brand strategy into cohesive visual storytelling.
Creative Production
Design high-quality assets for digital campaigns, web, email, social, and event materials.
Support paid media and organic social with attention‑grabbing, scroll‑stopping creativity.
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to create and update presentations, one‑pagers, and sales collateral.
Contribute to web design updates and UX‑driven graphics.
Source and recommend the use of AI in the design process and production.
Content & Campaign Support
Concept and execute visuals for campaign launches, product announcements, and educational content.
Create templates and systems to help scale content production across the team.
Bring marketing ideas to life through thoughtful animation, motion graphics, and short‑form video (bonus skill).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and sales to align creative direction with business goals.
Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies when needed.
Contribute ideas and creative perspective to brand strategy, campaigns, and product storytelling.
Who You Are
3–5 years of design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS, tech, or sports‑focused brand.
Strong, opinionated, portfolio showcasing digital design, with bonus points for motion, animation, or video work.
Comfortable designing across multiple formats: web, paid ads, email, and print.
Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and basic motion tools.
Obsessed with visual consistency, attention to detail, and storytelling through design.
Thrives in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment with clear communication and fast iteration.

Requirements
3–5 years of brand/design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or a sports/consumer‑adjacent brand.
Portfolio required showcasing high‑quality digital design work (campaigns, web, paid, social); motion/video is a plus.
Ability to design across formats and channels (web, email, paid ads, social, presentations, and print) while maintaining a premium, consistent brand.
Expert‑level craft and visual taste—strong typography, layout, composition, and a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
