HCP Marketing Manager

The successful candidate for HCP marketing manager will be critical in the creation and ownership of healthcare provider (HCP) marketing initiatives for a specialty respiratory biologic product, with multiple indications. The primary focus of this role will be driving the growth of a recently launched indication in a highly competitive market. This candidate should have experience in US LOC marketing and creating highly impactful materials to drive competitive differentiation and uptake in new product classes. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including medical, market access, regulatory, legal, and field sales, to effectively deliver on brand priorities. We are seeking a candidate with strong marketing expertise and proficiency across the GSK marketing capabilities. Key Responsibilities
Lead development, launch and execution of campaigns and tactics aligned to, translating brand strategy into clear project briefs and deliverables.
Align marketing plans with the evolving competitive and external environment to ensure timely strategy decision‑making and execution.
Plan, design and execute personal HCP experiences tailored to prioritized customer segments and aligned overall brand strategy.
Lead and/or actively participate in cross‑functional teams and external agency partners to deliver integrated programs on time and on budget.
Manage the internal medical, regulatory and legal review and approval process for HCP materials to ensure compliant communications.
Campaign optimization: track and report performance of tactics and campaigns using defined metrics; recommend optimizations based on data and insights.
Create, update & monitor relevant OKRs to ensure we are continuously measuring performance and responding accordingly.
Execute at pace, and agility to spot barriers and drivers of performance and create compelling marketing campaigns to address them.
Use market and HCP insights to identify opportunities to grow uptake, improve customer experience and inform future strategy.
Partner with Sales Training and other internal partners to ensure clear delivery of brand/portfolio messaging and tactics for successful field implementation and execution.
Strong stakeholder engagement & management across cross functional matrix.
Why You? Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
US HCP Marketing Experience.
Knowledge and practical application of compliance acumen in the pharmaceutical space, including experience with copy approval.
5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience (i.e., brand marketing, market access, market research, marketing operations).
Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings and field rides.
Minimum of 2 days per week in office required in either Philadelphia, PA or Durham NC.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in leading campaign execution in matrixed teams or marketing agencies.
MBA or master's degree in marketing, Business or related.
Experience & comfort utilizing a range of digital & AI tools to optimize content, omnichannel delivery & review performance.
Skilled in using AI to analyze customer needs and enhance market effectiveness.
Ability to motivate, lead, and influence across various levels and functions.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal influence, and prioritization skills.
Ability to review, analyze and assess performance drivers and opportunities.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated analytical skills.
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and lead/manage complex projects.
Innovative mindset with a focus on customer‑centric solutions.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Proven track record of developing materials/programs that deliver against strategy.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analysis and decision‑making skills
Demonstrated a passion for innovative thinking with a meticulous eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to determine customer unmet needs and deliver meaningful value.
- This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work both remotely and on‑site as required by team needs.
- Up to 10% travel may be required for conferences, field engagement, and agency or cross‑functional collaboration.
