Refined Scope
Refined Scope is a boutique marketing agency working with brands in luxury design, hospitality, and lifestyle. We specialize in thoughtful, visually compelling content that feels authentic, intentional, and human.
We’re looking for a
Social Media Content Creator
to support content production across multiple client accounts. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who considers themselves "chronically online," understands pacing and trends, and can translate a brand’s voice into scroll-stopping content—without making it feel try-hard.
What You’ll Do
Capture, edit, and deliver short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories)
Assist with content creation for client photo and video shoots
Edit content using CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools with a strong sense of pacing and tone
Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets
Follow trends and adapt them thoughtfully to fit client brands
Organize content libraries and assets for easy team access
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content calendars and creative direction
What You Won’t Be Doing
Leading strategy or client calls
Managing ad spend or analytics reporting
Writing long-form copy or blog content
Making final brand or campaign decisions
(This role is about execution and growth, not pressure.)
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience creating social media content (agency or brand side)
Strong understanding of various social media formats
Basic Canva or Adobe knowledge
Comfort filming on iPhone and editing mobile-first content
Eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
Ability to take direction and feedback without ego
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working across multiple brands and industries
Why Refined Scope
Work on high-end, visually driven brands
Small, collaborative team with clear expectations
Creative freedom within strong brand guardrails
Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time
This is not an influencer role.
This is not a UGC role.
This is not a strategy role.
It’s a hands‑on creative position for someone who wants to get better, build a strong portfolio, and work on meaningful, polished content.
This role does require applicants to be in and around the SWFL area.
