Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr (flexible dependent upon experience)

Overview The Training Manager is responsible for the oversight of training technicians, daily operations related to new hire training delivery, and development and maintenance of new hire training content. The training manager works closely with the human resources, clinical leadership, and territory operations teams for efficient and timely delivery of staff training services. This is a full‑time remote position. Candidates can reside in any time zone, but must be able to provide support and supervision to EST based trainers. The primary schedule will be Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm EST, but must have flexibility to be available after 5pm EST to support staff when needed.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of training technicians.

Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new hire training to all new hires at LEARN.

Document new hire progress through training programs.

Review and evaluate training content to ensure relevant and accurate information.

Effectively prioritize routine and non‑routine work assignments to ensure goals and timelines are achieved.

Communicate day‑to‑day operational changes, issues, and updates related to specific trainees to other LEARN departments (e.g., talent acquisition, HR, scheduling).

Qualifications

Master's Degree required.

BCBA certification required.

1+ years of experience in an autism clinical field as a BCBA.

Excellent written communication skills appropriate for the audience.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, and develop & evaluate options to implement solutions.

Proactive, looking for ways to help people.

Effective time management for self and others.

Monitoring and assessing performance to make improvements or take corrective action.

Motivating, developing, and directing people to identify the best for the job.

Memorization – ability to remember information such as words, numbers, pictures, procedures.
