We are currently seeking a Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to support our sales department by managing customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer retention.
Responsibilities:
The Sales BDC Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, tracking, and following up with customers to support the dealership’s sales department. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting dealership growth and retention goals.
Develop, process, manage, track, and follow up with all customer leads related to sales
Gather and maintain accurate customer information to build a database for ongoing follow-up and retention
Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, dealership promotions, and manufacturer events
Utilize phone and computer skills within the Internet Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention
Schedule quality appointments from inbound calls, previous customers, referrals, sold and unsold floor traffic, and other lead sources
Maintain professional, timely, and consistent communication with customers
Qualifications:
Ability to present information clearly and professionally
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Efficient typing skills
Basic computer proficiency and phone skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
