Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to oversee the complete culinary operation at our prestigious USAA location in Colorado Springs. What You'll Do

Lead & inspire: Manage and develop a team of 10 talented culinary professionals.

Create & innovate: Design menus that delight and impress our Corporate Café, Micro‑Market and Catering Operations.

Hands‑on leadership: Spend 70% of your time in the kitchen, crafting exceptional dishes.

Drive excellence: Oversee food and labor costs, ordering, inventory, and catering production.

Deliver quality: Ensure outstanding customer service and a memorable dining experience.

What You Bring

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role.

Strong culinary skills and passion for hands‑on cooking.

Ability to manage costs, inventory, and team development.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement – Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Management Experience – 2 Years.

Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
