Job Description As an Outside Sales Representative, you will manage a small daily route, treating customers' homes with pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections while providing exceptional customer service. You will actively canvass the neighbourhood for new customers, looking for opportunities to grow our customer base and ensuring current customers' needs are met.
Benefits
Wage comparable to $60,000 – $100,000 per year
Guaranteed base pay for the first four months of employment

What to Expect You will treat approximately 3 to 6 homes per day, conduct thorough inspections, devise treatment plans, and communicate clearly with customers about infestations and services. You will engage friendly and informative with homeowners, explain benefits, address questions, and tailor the approach. Monthly and quarterly sales targets will be set, and your manager will support you in achieving them. Occasional trips to our warehouse in Orem, UT, may be required.
Qualifications
2+ years of door‑to‑door sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently
Previous pest control experience (selling or servicing) is a bonus
Experience in HVAC, solar, internet, cable, or other in‑home technician roles is encouraged
Requirements
Must be 18 or over
Must have a current valid driver's license
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be clean‑shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator)
Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
