Job Overview
Commercial Regional Sales Manager position based in the Tampa/Orlando area.
Base pay range:
$135,000.00/yr
–
$140,000.00/yr .
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission;
$9,000
car stipend plus gas card.

Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 4 field-based sales reps calling on commercial property managers and decision makers, and add 2 more reps in Miami.
Manage territory covering Tampa, Orlando and Miami.
Sell essential commercial property services with the name player in the industry.
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Hire, train, and manage a team of sales reps to meet sales objectives and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Analyze sales data, market trends, prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Qualifications
Highly self‑motivated and thrives in an uncapped earnings environment.
Comfortable rolling up sleeves, adaptable, and willing to help the company expand; not someone who requires a tremendous amount of structure.
3+ years experience leading a team with proven sales performance, coaching, and developing a team.
Hungry to advance financially and professionally in their career.
Salary and Benefits Base salary is
$130K–$140K
plus
$35K
bonus in the first year; candidates should expect
$190K+
total income in year two.
