We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a dynamic and growing team in the state of Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the commercial fuels industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This individual will be expected to generate new relationships and to negotiate best in class opportunities, by providing services and solutions to customers, achieving sales volumes and profitability goals, and always keeping corporate strategic goals top of mind.

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regions.

Direct and coordinate sales activities in the region, developing project specific sales strategies, and communicating project requirements to the company's operations and management team.

Manage assigned accounts while providing a high level of service to ensure account retention.

Provide expert advice on fleet fueling, generator fueling, job site fuel deliveries, wholesale petroleum products, and lubricants.

Implement marketing strategies developed by the company and brand partners; provide feedback on market trends and industry conditions.

Successfully negotiate contract terms for the benefit of the client while also in best interest of the company.

Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads.

Provide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposes.

Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM.

Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems.

Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration.

Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities.

Qualifications:

3+ years of successful sales experience.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office.

Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentations.

Occasional domestic travel is required.

Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools.

Valid US driver's license and safe driving history
