Our operations team excels at getting the job done and keeping things neat & tidy. Now we’re seeking an additional person who can help coordinate incoming opportunities and keep momentum moving. As a Residential Account Manager, you’ll serve as the friendly, dependable point of contact—guiding conversations, setting up next steps, and helping clients move from ideas to execution. Together, we’ll create clear communication, organized follow‑through, and well‑coordinated outcomes that support both our clients’ vision and our team’s goals.

Objective To provide comprehensive customer service to residential clients by serving as a single‑source contact for their lawn, landscape, and outdoor living needs. Enhance the client experience as their first experience with the company and provide them support/services to uphold the company vision to "Create beautiful spaces & experiences for our clients and for our team."

Responsibilities

Manage residential accounts via proactive contact with clients to ensure quality service & experience.

Answer inbound calls and greet visitors, assisting with inquiries, payments, and service requests.

Receive and log incoming requests for proposals via phone and website submissions.

Prepare and present estimate proposals for residential services including mowing, lawn treatments, irrigation, and landscape maintenance.

Close sales by guiding clients through service options, answering questions, and securing signed agreements.

Support scheduling and client communication for service applications and call‑aheads.

Meet with clients as needed to gather ideas, measurements, and other details necessary to fulfill requests and prepare accurate estimates.

Provide Production Team with thorough work details including notes, maps, and/or drawings.

Facilitate client connection with RJ designers on landscape projects requiring designs.

Facilitate onsite change orders and coordinate with the admin team for invoicing and collections.

Drive business development by identifying new residential prospects and initiating relationships.

Attend company meetings and contribute to overall company development.

Support field staff as needed to maintain schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.

Support and enforce RJ Lawn & Landscape vision, mission, and core values.
