What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Call on ambulatory surgery centers within assigned territory to sell surgical procedure trays and related products

Make sales presentations to multiple decision‑makers to secure business

Establish and nurture client relationships to maintain existing business and present new products

Prepare bids and price quotes for potential clients

Conduct regular cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota‑based sales experience or at least 5 years of quota‑based sales experience

Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment

Ability to present multiple product lines effectively

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with the ability to drive and travel for the role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in outside sales within the healthcare industry

Familiarity with the products sold, including surgical supplies and equipment

Strong networking skills to build relationships with healthcare providers

Experience in cold calling and lead generation in a sales context
