Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the sales division.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with finance management experience

Strong understanding of sales processes, budgeting, and financial analysis

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds and experiences

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Possess a driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles
