We are seeking outside sales representatives who are people‑oriented, creative, and passionate about helping customers organize their homes. This role offers a flexible, work‑from‑home schedule and includes comprehensive sales and design training.

Training Training will take place February 9‑13, 2026 in Shirley, MA. Candidates must attend the 12‑week paid training program.
Responsibilities
Meet customers at pre‑set appointments
Build rapport and understand organizational needs
Conduct home walkthroughs to assess opportunities
Educate customers on our products and services
Apply sales training and communication skills to help residents with home organization
Requirements
No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to complete paid training
Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Ability to attend training in Shirley, MA
Flexible work‑from‑home options available.
