RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking an Associate Account Specialist.
Summary The Account Specialist will be responsible for overseeing account enrollment processes, managing transactions, and providing crucial support in billing operations. This versatile role demands strong attention to detail, analytical skills, customer service and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handle transaction management, maintaining meticulous records and efficient processes
Provide essential support in billing operations
Perform administrative and project tasks with precision and care
Contribute to optimizing processes and supporting operational goals
Customer service support
Additional Responsibilities
While initial tasks are outlined, the role may evolve to include additional duties as identified by supervisors
The ideal candidate should be open to developing their skills and responsibilities over time
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks without extensive supervision once fully trained
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver precise, accurate, and timely work
Versatile and adaptable, with proven capabilities in managing diverse tasks
Positive attitude and efficiency in task completion highly valued
Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and process optimization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
