At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory illnesses.
The Associate Territory Account Manager is responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in‑services, closing, and follow‑up).
Work with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical.
Provide in‑home product demonstrations on our devices for patients and assist them with questions.
Assist the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Assist in providing customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc.
Comply with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years).
1+ year of outside sales/inside sales experience, OR
2+ years of patient‑facing clinical experience, OR
1+ year of Tactile Medical patient‑facing or sales support work experience.
Preferred
Outside sales experience with in‑person product demonstrations.
Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.
Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time‑management skills.
Strong sales “close” experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence.
Resourceful and a self‑starter.
Ability to travel/drive within the territory as well as outside of the territory for conferences, trainings, etc.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate’s location, job‑specific knowledge, skills, and experience.
US Pay Range: $56,000 – $74,550 USD
