We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales of PVC pipes and related products in Texas. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales within construction materials, plumbing, industrial products, or similar.

You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and growing sales within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close new B2B customers (contractors, distributors, builders, plumbers, etc.)

Manage and grow sales across Texas

Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers

Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with customers

Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within PVC pipes, plastic piping, construction materials, plumbing products, or a related industry.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and manage a territory

Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach

Based in or near Dallas, TX

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Nice to Have

Existing network within the Dallas construction or plumbing market

Experience working with distributors and contractors
