Online Sales Counselor – Clayton
Overview This role serves as a direct link to Oakwood Homes' outside sales team, handling online leads, phone calls, and realtor inquiries to convert them into on‑site qualified appointments.
Responsibilities
Support all inbound leads: respond to calls, live chats, and digital web leads, directing prospects toward purchasing a new Oakwood Home.
Source new leads: generate qualified contacts to grow the sales pipeline.
Convert leads into sales appointments: use the sales roadmap and GUEST training to set on‑site appointments.
CRM and Calltower platforms: accurately input online sales leads into HubSpot and schedule appointments; transfer calls to other market team members as needed.
Maintain and manage MLS and EDFM: input inventory homes into MLS/IRES, refresh DFM listings, update sales/closings, and liaise with Regional Sales Managers.
VIP Concierge: promote new communities and engage buyers through marketing VIP plans.
Attend sales meetings and events; share updates and insights with the team.
Qualifications
Must hold a Real Estate License in Arizona or Utah (and obtain an additional state license).
Bilingual preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Adept phone skills and ability to gain trust quickly.
Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
Drive for sales success.
Detail‑oriented, multitaskable, and a team player.
Knowledge of construction products a plus.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Varied schedule availability, including weekends.
Regular, punctual in‑person attendance.
Additional Qualifications
Can safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
Can maintain regular, punctual in‑person attendance per ADA, FMLA, etc.
Can lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Can talk, listen, and speak clearly.
