Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Charlotte, NC. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Day‑to‑day tasks involve contacting potential customers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the defined territory.

Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Account Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the industrial automation industry is a plus
