Job Overview As a
Float Phlebotomist , you will gain experience working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This role offers variety and continuous growth.
Incentives Float Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan: quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday hours vary between 6am – 6pm, rotating Saturdays.
Work Location:
Oregon.
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees working less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) Plan only. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule receive all benefits except PTO or FTO.
Job Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Qualified to perform moderate complexity testing as defined by CLIA.
Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).
1 year of previous experience as a phlebotomist (highly preferred).
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
At least 21 years old.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
