Senior Executive Recruiter @ LHH | Connecting Top Marketing, Creative, Communications, & Digital Talent with DFW companies
LHH is currently searching for a Graphic Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio of both print and digital work. This is an onsite opportunity at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize & Create: Design compelling visuals for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web assets.
Brand Management: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and developers, to meet project goals and deadlines.
Print Production: Prepare files for print, including pre‑press checks, file setup, and collaboration with printers to ensure quality output.
Digital Expertise: Design responsive web graphics and layouts optimized for multiple devices and platforms.
Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and projects.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Familiarity with UX/UI design is a bonus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
Problem‑Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt designs based on feedback.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high‑quality work with an eye for precision.
Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
