Role Overview Spinelli Kilcollin is a founder-owned and founder-led company. As the company grows rapidly, the responsibilities and demands on the Founders are evolving just as quickly. The Executive Assistant to the Founders is responsible for structuring, protecting, and managing the Founders’ time, communication, and commitments, allowing them to focus on high-level planning and leadership.
Key Responsibilities Mission & Founder Alignment
Understand the company’s mission and how the Founders’ roles support it.
Interpret and filter incoming requests based on the Founders’ role and priorities.
Serve as a first line of triage to ensure the Founders focus only on high-leverage work.
Meetings & Engagements
Attend meetings to filter information, capture key points, and de-prioritize discussions that don’t require Founder involvement.
Work with department heads to clarify needs, goals, and what’s required from the Founders to keep initiatives moving.
Provide a weekly recap that highlights alignment, bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency improvement.
Executive Administrative Support
Manage email and social inboxes; surface legitimate and time-sensitive correspondence.
Organize inbound requests by priority and relevance; de-escalate or redirect low-priority items.
Track Founder-initiated requests, deadlines, and project updates to ensure completion.
Handle smaller assignments end-to-end, including errands, scheduling, bookings, and repairs.
Personal & Lifestyle Support
Manage personal appointments, events, bills, RSVPs, and household admin.
Coordinate personal travel, gifting, and logistical needs.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or a similar administrative support role, preferably in the luxury or retail sector.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Gsuite - google sheets, docs & presentations.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
