Summary The Emerging Partner Success Manager serves as a strategic thought partner to the sales organization, using specialized expertise to identify issues, recommend best practices, and enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness. This role is responsible for managing sales data, preparing high-impact reports, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. By streamlining processes and delivering critical support, this position enables the sales team to focus on driving revenue and achieving key business goals.
Essential Responsibilities
Identify operational or process gaps and recommend best practices to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring successful outcomes through strong coordination and collaboration.
Prepare detailed sales reports, dashboards, and presentations, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and emerging partners, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with Companny’s offerings.
Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from external partners and internal sales teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the partner success team, promoting operational excellence, learning, and professional development.
Collaborate closely with teams across geographies and functions to ensure alignment, share updates, and support a seamless partner experience.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across diverse teams and time zones.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to analyze data, produce actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
Client‑focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver high‑quality support.
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Familiarity with payments, fintech, or platform partnerships
Experience supporting emerging or SMB partners
Process improvement or program management experience
Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $46.00 - $49.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
