Role Overview As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every customer with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and provide enthusiastic product suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates to get the job done.
Act with integrity and always adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures.
Qualifications
Love interacting with people.
High energy and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays as guests shop.
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Prior retail experience (practice makes perfect).
At least 16 years of age.
