to help build and lead the foundational marketing strategy for the firm and the Bedrock Fund. This is an opportunity for a marketing professional with strong managerial or mid-level experience to step into a senior‑impact role without needing prior Director-level experience.

Compensation paid in 4 forms
Hourly compensation

Leadership Offer: Marketing Manager → Director of Marketing This role is structured as a
Marketing Manager
position with a formal offer to assume the title and responsibilities of
Director of Marketing . The intent is to engage a Marketing Manager who will operate with Director-level scope and leadership from the outset, with authority over marketing strategy, brand direction, and firm-wide communications.
The Director of Marketing title is offered as part of this role to reflect leadership responsibility, accountability, and ownership across Bedrock’s marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, website, analytics)
Develop and manage social media and content marketing channels
Support investor-facing marketing materials and communications
Coordinate email marketing and outbound campaigns
Assist with event marketing and in-person brand presence
