Cornerstone’s Marketing Manager role helps advisors clarify their marketing goals and build a practical plan to achieve them, playing a key role in helping our advisors grow. This is an ideal opportunity for a versatile marketer who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working closely with professionals who value guidance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted marketing expert for Cornerstone’s financial advisors, sharing best practices, resources and modern marketing approaches
Confidently define clear marketing objectives and translate those goals into actionable marketing plans
Provide guidance on and implement branding, digital marketing, content, events and campaigns that align with advisors’ goals and budgets
Write and design customized marketing materials, including advisor websites, flyers, brochures, event collateral, digital graphics, videos and presentations
Leverage AI‑powered tools and modern marketing platforms to improve efficiency, creativity, personalization and results
Create and maintain external and internal websites for advisors and the firm using third‑party platforms
Stay current on marketing trends, AI capabilities, third‑party tools and recommended solutions that can enhance advisors’ outcomes
Communicate regularly with senior leaders about marketing initiatives, progress and strategic opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
3‑5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, design or related field
Proficiency with design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, along with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to write, edit and refine high‑quality content with strong attention to detail
Experience using (or eagerness to learn) AI‑driven marketing tools for content creation, design, automation, analytics or strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization, project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
Proven ability to learn new tools, platforms and systems quickly

Thinks critically about the “why” behind marketing objectives, not just “how” to get it done
Is comfortable advising financial professionals and helping them make confident marketing decisions
