Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist for Amazing Explorers, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase enrollment, and enhance our reputation within the local communities. This position requires a passion for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our preschool brand, increase brand awareness, and drive enrollment growth.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including online and offline platforms, to effectively target and engage prospective parents and families.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for market differentiation, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital content, website updates, and social media posts, that effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our preschool.
Collaborate with the admissions team to create and implement lead generation and conversion strategies to increase enrollment numbers.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online listings.
Monitor marketing analytics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to execute marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Actively engage with parents and the local community through events, partnerships, and networking opportunities to foster brand loyalty and build strong relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing strategies, and new technologies to continuously innovate and enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the education sector or with a focus on family-oriented brands.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, target audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and Mailchimp.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
