We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager who knows how to drive
digital marketing, real estate lead generation, SEO, and sales performance . You'll directly influence our pipeline by managing marketing strategy, ad spend, sales alignment, and content execution.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & SEO
Lead SEO strategy and website optimization
Analyze site performance and search rankings
Drive organic traffic and improve lead quality
Email Marketing & Campaigns
Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns
Segment lists, report on KPIs, and increase conversions
Social Media Strategy
Manage posting and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
Write social content, stories, captions, and community communications
Paid Advertising
Collaborate with the ad spend team and vendors
Manage a $150K/year paid media budget
Measure ROI, CPL, and optimize campaigns
Sales Alignment & Lead Management
Meet weekly with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
Track KPIs: leads, conversions, and pipeline health
Support the sales team with insights, coaching, and lead quality improvements
Manage and oversee the sales team
Events & Growth Outreach
Responsible for securing speaking engagements and coordinating live webinars
Promote events and manage outreach to ensure strong attendance
Podcast & Content Oversight
Understand what makes podcast promotions effective (no audio editing required)
Post shows across platforms and coordinates outsourced editors
Maintain content calendars aligned to business goals
Travel
Occasional travel to conferences, events, and Arizona offices
Required Experience
