The Opportunity (Open to Hybrid or Remote) As Ideogram’s first Content Creator, you’ll define how our brand shows up across social media by creating content that is as imaginative and visually stunning as the product itself. You’ll produce short‑form, organic, viral content that sparks curiosity, celebrates creativity, and connects with the design and AI communities in a real way. This isn’t about polished production or long tutorials—it’s about storytelling that feels authentic and engaging. You’ll experiment with trends to showcase how Ideogram is redefining what’s possible in design, and you’ll have creative freedom and autonomy across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.

Your Mission

Create Social‑First Video Content: Produce short‑form videos that hook in the first few seconds and feel organic to platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels— not overly polished or corporate. Drive creative ideation and experimentation: Constantly brainstorm and test new ideas, formats, and trends that make Ideogram relevant in cultural conversations.

Ship and Learn Fast: Own the end‑to‑end process—concept, shoot, edit, post, analyze, iterate. Continuously refine based on performance data and audience engagement.

Collaborate with our product and cross‑functional teams: Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to find creative stories hidden in our community, technology, and launches.

What We’re Looking For

Social Media Presence: A track record of building and growing a social presence (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and/or X) with 10k+ followers. Understand what performs in virality, why it resonates, and how to replicate that success.

Creator Mindset: Live and thrive on social media, fluent in hooks, trends, pacing, and storytelling that feels authentic to each platform.

Self‑Starter and Curious: Bring ideas to the table, move fast, and turn creative sparks into finished, high‑performing videos. Constantly explore design, art, and trends for inspiration.

Strong Editing and Shooting Skills: Film and edit natively for social, valuing creativity over complexity. Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
