Digital Product Lead - iCare Connect

About the Job Join Sanofi’s Global Digital Team for Specialty Care as Digital Product Owner for the iCare product line, focused on patient support solutions. The role involves designing, building and implementing digital products such as iCareConnect, iCareMarketing and iCareEvents, collaborating across therapeutic areas and cross‑functional teams under Agile methodology.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver commitments on time and on budget.
Collaborate with business product owners and iCare users to document user flows and processes, ensuring the voice of the customer informs product design.
Work cross‑functionally within the digital organization, especially with other digital product owners and the customer experience team.
Document and prioritize product specifications including goals, use cases, user stories, and business requirements.
Continuously communicate product value and define system features to development teams.
Contribute to the definition and maintenance of non‑functional requirements (NFRs) to meet standards and quality requirements.
Manage the flow of work through the program Kanban and into the program backlog.
Collaborate with other product owners for release management through the hypercare phase.
Consult with cross‑functional partners such as legal, compliance and quality when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
2‑3 years of business analysis experience, preferably on the patient services side.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
Completed training or certification in Agile.
1 year of Salesforce experience.
Preferences
Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or Veeva Events.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a matrix team.
Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
Patient Support Services or other biopharmaceutical experience is a plus.
Strong presentation and communication skills for cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams.
Strong leadership and analytical skills, able to deliver on project objectives in a timely manner.
