Job Overview The Regional Office Relationship Manager acts as the primary liaison between the Home Office and regional offices, ensuring strong communication, operational alignment, and execution of growth initiatives. This role provides leadership and guidance during the Acceleration phase by coordinating initiatives, tracking performance, escalating risks, and enabling advisors and office leaders to leverage firm resources, partnerships, and Advantage Offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead biweekly Regional Office Management (ROM) calls, including agenda creation, facilitation, and follow-up; coordinate cross-office updates and escalate risks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional offices, managing communications, calendars, travel, and issue resolution.
Provide strategic guidance to Managing Directors, champion firm initiatives, and advocate for regional office needs with Home Office leadership.
Plan and lead Quarterly Acceleration calls, monitor progress against goals and KPIs, and follow up on strategic initiatives.
Support Integration-to-Acceleration transitions, including coordination with the Concierge Team and Growth Certification support.
Prepare and deliver monthly Advisor Growth calls, including agendas, materials, and firm updates.
Coordinate the rollout of firm initiatives and strategic partnerships, ensuring clear communication and execution.
Generate and distribute monthly office scorecards in partnership with Growth Optimization leadership; support performance improvement efforts.
Collaborate with Marketing to support client events and webinars, including advisor readiness and event technology.
Manage Advantage Offering (AO) processes, support advisor adoption, and track utilization across offices.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations, relationship management, advisor support, or related roles.
Strong facilitation and communication skills; experienced in leading calls and presentations.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives across a distributed office network.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Smartsheet).
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or multi-office professional services environment preferred.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
