Overview The Media Coordinator, Paid Social is an entry level position that supports the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across leading social platforms. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to build hands‑on experience in digital media, working closely with senior team members to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure accurate execution. The Media Coordinator will collaborate cross‑functionally, help maintain budgets and timelines, and contribute to data‑driven insights, while staying up to date on platform trends and protocols in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns across key social platforms, with guidance from senior team members
Assist in the development, optimization, and maintenance of paid social and native advertising campaigns, including asset coordination, budget pacing, and reporting
Monitor campaign performance and help optimize against pre‑determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
Compile and analyze performance data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc basis to support insights and recommendations
Help manage relationships with primary social partners and stay up to date on platform trends, new ad products, and standard processes
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
Qualifications
0–1 years of hands‑on paid social experience or relevant internship experience (Meta, Snapchat, and/or TikTok preferred)
Foundational knowledge of major and emerging social platforms and a strong interest in social media marketing
Familiarity with third‑party tracking vendors and basic platform integrations is a plus
Exposure to managing or supporting paid social campaigns, ideally for multiple clients or brands
Highly organized and thorough, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn how to present insights clearly
Collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
