Head Golf Course Superintendent – Skyline Golf Club
Position located at Skyline Golf Club, an 18‑hole public facility in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. This year‑round leadership role is responsible for managing turfgrass, irrigation, landscaping, equipment and golf cart maintenance, and seasonal grounds staff.

Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and manage all facets of golf course maintenance and agronomic programs.
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate the grounds crew.
Manage annual golf cart maintenance.
Maintain greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and roughs.
Oversee and maintain irrigation and drainage systems.
Manage fertilizer and chemical applications following IPM practices.
Collaborate with Golf Operations on course setup and events.
Oversee snow removal during winter.
Maintain and monitor maintenance equipment fleet.
Coordinate with the Director of Golf, Board, vendors, and contractors.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field preferred.
5–10 years of progressive golf course maintenance experience.
Minimum 5 years in supervisory or assistant superintendent role.
WI Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong turfgrass and irrigation knowledge.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
