Your mission Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of press and converting equipment by executing precise setups, monitoring quality, and resolving issues quickly—so every order ships on time and to spec.
Core responsibilities
Set up and assist in operating corrugated presses as well as gluing and folding machines, strappers, band saws, and a slitter.
Protect product integrity by meeting quality standards for packaging materials.
Drive smooth changeovers and help optimize run efficiency.
Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and reduce downtime.
Identify mechanical problems early and implement timely fixes.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience in packaging or press/converting operations.
Comfort with shop math and accurate tape-measure readings.
Consistent attendance and a track record of long-term employment.
Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; meets all physical requirements.
Basic computer proficiency for production-related tasks.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
