As a Senior Analyst on the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team, you will help encourage that magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of entertainment and build the never‑before‑seen. You will be responsible for leading the day‑to‑day management and execution of direct channel campaigns across multiple lines of business, serving as a subject‑matter expert in Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake, and providing mentoring and support for others on the team. You will lead partner meetings related to campaign activations for your lines of business. This position does not have direct reports.
What You Will Do
Be a subject‑matter expert in the tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake) and data utilized for activation including line‑of‑business‑specific data and nuances
Lead the day‑to‑day management and execution of direct channel campaigns (email, direct mail)
Build and deploy highly complex communication streams while manipulating JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to personalize and troubleshoot email creative
Engage cross‑organizational teams such as strategy, analytics, and IT, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills such as influence, negotiation, partnering, and problem‑solving
Monitor triggered campaigns, ensuring they run as expected and notify partners of any issues
Troubleshoot and research issues to resolution
Be a leader, mentoring and supporting others on the team
Develop comprehensive documentation on our team’s tools and processes to aid in onboarding and training
Lead channel strategies and projects that drive campaign and channel best practices/optimizations
Use your critical thinking and initiative to work autonomously to troubleshoot, find efficiencies, and drive change
Required Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of direct experience designing, building, and sustaining end‑to‑end email marketing campaign flows in deployment platforms such as Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
2+ years building complex, omni‑channel marketing streams utilizing email, direct mail, push, and SMS
2+ years performing SQL queries and analyzing large datasets in relational databases such as Snowflake to identify, segment, qualify, and test customer audiences as well as troubleshoot data issues
Proven knowledge and understanding of complicated data environments, personalization at scale, relational database methodology, and go‑to‑market process
Experience with large organizations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear decision‑making
Ability to convey technical details and concepts to non‑technical audiences, fostering alignment through clear communication
Extreme attention to detail with strong UAT and quality assurance aptitude
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required
