Thank you for considering this role. We appreciate your time and are excited to share our opportunity.
About Leadr At Leadr, we’re on a mission to rid the world of bad management by empowering middle managers to become exceptional leaders who transform the culture and outcomes of their teams. Too many companies leave managers to fend for themselves, resulting in a 60% failure rate within their first two years for first‑time leaders. The rapid growth of AI is worsening this problem, as the modern manager’s purview expands. We build AI‑powered software tools that improve managers’ quality of life while coaching them toward better leadership and outcomes, paired with hands‑on training for these leaders to master critical, often overlooked skills.
Your Role We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to own and scale the marketing engine behind our growth. This hands‑on role builds and maintains the systems, processes, and data foundation that allow a lean marketing team to operate efficiently and drive revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the marketing GTM tech stack, including CRM integrations, marketing automations, and analytics
Implement and manage AI tools that improve campaign execution, insights, and operational efficiency
Partner closely with product marketing and demand generation to ensure alignment, attribution, and conversion clarity
Build processes that support pipeline growth without adding unnecessary complexity
Ensure lead management, scoring, routing, and reporting are reliable and trusted
Evaluate and experiment with new AI tools to boost output and drive revenue growth
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven experience building and scaling marketing systems in a startup or high‑growth environment
Hands‑on experience implementing AI tools across marketing or GTM workflows
Deep understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and funnel analytics
Strong process thinker who balances structure with speed
Bias for action and ability to adapt and learn quickly
Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through
Experience with Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Vector, Salesforce preferred
