Valid Class A CDL + DOT Medical Card.
FMCSA Clearinghouse registration done.
Clear MVR, clean record, and passable screenings.
1 year of CDL experience (within the past 3 years).
No more than 3 violations or accidents in 3 years.
DOT regs and safety knowledge that keep the wheels turning.
Attitude: show up, gear up, drive smart, go home safe.
