Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify cross‑sell opportunities aligned with customer business objectives
Develop and execute an account development strategy to establish the employer as the leading Total Spend Management platform
Create an account penetration model that enables multi‑angle access to key stakeholders within the customer organization
Craft value messaging targeted towards the chief economic buyer in target accounts
Partner with supporting functions to enhance the employer's brand presence in assigned accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record of developing existing accounts
Ability to drive complex multi‑stakeholder engagements
Domain knowledge in Spend Management is a plus
Exceptional skills in identifying client pains and developing compelling value propositions
Out‑of‑the‑box thinking with innovative ideas for enhancing spend management solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in account management within a SaaS environment
Familiarity with Coupa's Spend Management solutions portfolio, including Coupa Pay and Coupa Supply Chain
Proven ability to craft tailored value messaging for diverse client needs
